Talent must be expressive, with a wide emotional range that spans excitement, joy, elation, shock, terror, exhaustion, agony, etc.. Talent who can take us from 0-10 in all these emotions authentically and realistically, not "acting". They must be able to look emotionally overwhelmed in a dramatic but realistic way. Talent must be able to leave all embarrassment and self-consciousness at the door! We need people to live in and express a range of deep emotional moments.
